Launching a new Okta product that improved security incident detection and prevention by 76%

I was the lead designer for this project; on a team of two designers within a traditional pod team; to design Okta's Risk Ecosystem from conception to launch. This product resulted in a ~76% increase in security incident detection and prevention and an ~84% increase in user satisfaction with security prevention measures

Growing DivvyCloud's market share by creating a user-friendly way to decrease cloud adoption time which eventually contributed to a $145,000,000 acquisition.

I was the sole lead designer to design and launch DivvyCloud's Cloud Compliance Health Dashboard from conception to many iterations post-launch. This product resulted in a ~60% decrease in customer acquisition time in the first launch, and a ~40% increase in market share and contributed to a $145,000,000 acquisition of DivvyCloud.

Increasing customer retention by enabling large customers to oversee their cloud environment, resulting in a 30% increase in monthly active users.

I initiated and redesigned an older DivvyCloud product to by uncovering an opportunity to suit the needs of big companies that had expanded their cloud environments since buying DivvyCloud. This redesign helped accommodate their larger cloud footprints and led to a 30% boost in the number of people using the tool every month and a 60% improvement in large customer retention

Creating the Nimbus Design System which helped us develop products faster

I created and scaled DivvyCloud's design system, which resulted in a 70% decrease in product development time.

Creating an Information as Code Security Analyzer

DivvyCloud offers cloud security to users by scanning their existing cloud environment for security threats and taking action. We created an infrastructure as code security analyzer which allows customers to evaluate the risk of code templates for their cloud environment before they are even built.
